O2 Print Express – Cancellation Policy

At O2 Print Express, we begin working on your order as soon as it's placed. Since many of our products are customized or printed on demand, we follow a limited cancellation policy to ensure quality and efficiency.
🔹 Order Cancellation Rules:
- ✅ You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the printing or production has not started.
- ✅ If the design/preview has not yet been approved, cancellation may be accepted upon request.
- ✅ If your product is out of stock (e.g., mobile cover model unavailable), your payment will be fully refunded.
❌ Orders Cannot Be Cancelled If:
- ✅ Printing or customization work has already Complate.
- ✅ You have approved the preview/mockup and the product is in production Start.
- ✅ The order has already been shipped.
📩 How to Request Cancellation:
- Contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If eligible, a refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
📌 Note:
For customized and printed products, once production starts, cancellation and refund will not be possible. We always send a design preview for your confirmation before printing to avoid errors.
