O2 Print Express – Refund Policy

At O2 Print Express, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing any orders.

🔹 Customized Products – No Return

As all our products are custom printed (with your name, photo, or design), we do not accept returns once the product is printed and shipped.


🔹 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Product Not Delivered
    • If your order is lost or not delivered by the courier, you are eligible for a full refund of the product amount.
  2. Wrong or Broken Product Received
    • If you receive a wrong item or the product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
  3. Mobile Back Cover – Model Not Available
    • If your mobile cover model is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the full amount.
  4. Cancellation RequestOrder Print not Complate –
    • If your product is still in processing and printing has not started, you may request to cancel. A full refund will be issued.

🔹 How to Request a Refund

📩 Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and a brief reason for the refund request.
📷 Attach any necessary photos or screenshots for faster processing.

🕒 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
